Precision Tree Removal in Tight Lakefront Spaces

April 1, 2026

This week’s work brought us to a lakefront property in Manitowish Waters where we completed the removal of ten large red and white pines situated in tight quarters around the home and garage. With limited drop zones and multiple targets below, the job required a combination of lift work and climbing to safely piece the trees down.

Our 108' tracked boom lift was set up from the driveway and was also able to access the lakeside, allowing for efficient and controlled removals from multiple angles. In areas where the lift could not reach, our climber topped out one of the larger white pines and dismantled it section by section.

Material was transported using our compact track loaders (MT100s), which allowed us to move debris efficiently while keeping turf impact to a minimum.

In addition to the removals, we completed selective pruning on a mature lakeside oak to improve structure and maintain long-term health.
